KARLZ&PATZ values customer satisfaction very seriously and wants you to have a shoe that is in every sense the perfect fit.
We offer an easy refund, return and exchange service for all our collection products within 14 days of delivery.
Customers can return products for a refund if the item:
- Product is defective/tampered,
- Is not the same as described, or in an advertisement,
- Wrong product was sent by KARLZ&PATZ,
- Damage from shipment,
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
PLEASE NOTE:
- For card payments, the amount will be credited to you via credit/debit card.
- For cash on delivery (COD), refunds will not be applicable, however exchange of items will be accepted from the corresponding amount of the returned order.
- Refunds will be process within 10 -15 days from the time we receive the products in our warehouse.
- We do not cover the shipping costs of exchange products.
- Please note that shipping fees, taxes and/or customs duties incurred will not be refunded.
- Please note that KARLZ&PATZ reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges any product that may consider as unfit for resale or if the products are returned as a result of return abuse (wardrobing or renting) i.e., where a customer purchases a product without intending to keep them.
We’d recommend that you try the shoes on a clean surface before wearing them outside or on rough surfaces. All returned products need to be in perfect condition and should be with their original packaging. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns if they are not in perfect condition and without the original receipt.

Cancellation Policy
Any purchased orders that’s placed within 24 hours can be cancelled. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer within 45 days for the transaction to be fully completed.
